Historic Rehabilitation

Our vision has become a reality. Countless hours, unwavering dedication, and tenacity has transformed the historic courthouse complex into a treasured community asset.

As a nationally designated historic site, the Courthouse Complex is eligible for tax incentive funds through the Historic Tax Credit Program, administered by the Wisconsin State Historic Preservation Office and the Department of the Interior. This funding helps offset the costs for renovations and preservation of historic structures, and safeguards their historic integrity for generations to come.  We’re thrilled to be so close to the end of our phase of the project alongside our partners Historic Prairivelle Ltd. and Legacy Architecture, Inc.

We’d like to thank all of our project partners who have poured countless hours into restoring the historic courthouse and ensuring it remains for generations to come.
