The Research Center of the Waukesha County Museum is available on Friday between 10 am and 3 pm, by appointment only. Walk-in patrons cannot be guaranteed service. All research requests are first provided with a free 30-minute inquiry by our researchers to ensure we hold relevant materials.
Research Fee: Non-Members $14 with appointment \ Members free, with an appointment.
Due to ongoing work in our building and limited staff availability walk-in appointments cannot be accommodated, we apologize for this inconvenience.
Appointments can be scheduled through Bonnie Byrd at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Voicemail, social media and email reference requests will still be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Remote research services are available at a rate of $14.00 per hour.
Rates listed are not inclusive of reproduction or copy fees, postage, Wisconsin State taxes, or other applicable fees.

Research Center Fees
Appointment fee: $14 per person with advanced appointment. Members free with advance appointment.
– $0.25 per 8.5″ x 11″ copy
– $0.50 per oversized copy OR color copy
Scanning and Image Reproductions:

Digital Camera Use:
– Long-term care of our materials requires environmental control and item specific conservation measures, we therefore prohibit the use of digital cameras in our Research Center. We do however, offer digitization services by our staff, and in many cases have already digitized materials that can be made available for personal or professional use.
